Senior programmer for www.onlinehotels.com. Was part of a small team that built online hotel booking engine, it supported integration Pegasus Web Services giving us the ability to import third party hotel properties into an existing proprietary hotel database. Established a back end booking process for in-house reservation and customer service agents with proprietary pricing and business logic. Post sale customer support interfaces for canceling and changing reservation details. Provided database and design support for processing upwards of three hundred reservations per day at peak of season. Assisted CTO with hardware and with software upgrades to our internal network and web server farm.

Worked as an independent web developer with Mortgages.com, LeeCountyMedicalSociety.org and Houseplans.com. Was responsible feature add-on and in some cases, creation and overall management of the site.

Implementation of an internal online help tool designed to provide call center technicians quick and easy access to all company account specific information. Also developed an ASP Web Based Application to aid the internal RMA process with customer orders. RMA tools where used in three Sykes location to choreograph customer shipments and returns.
