Rental Property Listings Software
I've been developing some software to help people advertise their rental properties. The software is pretty straight forward and doesn't have a lot of frills but it does get the job done. It uses a Google mash-up pretty heavily which always seems to go over well with users. There is a small search tool to help users navigate to properties that fit their criteria. Each rental property is optimized for search engine indexing with custom Title and Meta Description per page. Property managers phone numbers can be listed but their email address is hidden by using a contact form which is then forwarded to any email address supplied from the manager.
