During the recent developer days with google, they said something about google being smart enough to index KML files and provide them in local search results. So I decided to test out the Washington and Oregon RV park websites just to see if it would increase my page views. This video gives a great overview of incorporating mash-ups into maps.google.com. If you provide your data in KML, it will be easier to use that data in the mash-ups using the GGeoXml google object. On their own, I found it pretty easy to import the feeds into Google Earth and display the results.
